Ars Musica
Ars Musica - Your Companion in Classical Music
At Ars Musica, we believe in the power of music to bring people together. High-quality classical music deserves to be shared and education plays a key role in that mission. It’s woven into everything we do, from concerts to choral training programs.
Our repertoire is rooted in vocal music from the 17th century onward. This music forms the foundation for the training of young singers in our Choir School and Girls’ Choir, and continues through the programming of our Concert Choir. We regularly premiere new compositions as well. The cross-pollination between amateur singers and the professional vocalists of our Chamber Choir perfectly reflects our mission.
The Ars Musica Orchestra plays a central role in all of this. As a professional ensemble, it accompanies our choirs and also presents independent programs of the highest quality.

Zeeuws Vocaal Ensemble
The Zeeuws Vocaal Ensemble holds a prominent place in the musical life of Zeeland. Founded in 1988 by Kees van Eersel, the choir performs both secular and sacred choral music, ranging from the Middle Ages to the present day. The ensemble has appeared on radio and television and has toured in countries such as England, Germany, and the Baltic States.
Since 2014, the choir has been led by Patrick van der Linden. Concerts are held in atmospheric venues, such as the Maria Magdalena Church in Goes. In 2023, the choir took part in a television broadcast by Omroep Zeeland commemorating the North Sea Flood. The ensemble consists of 28 members from the region, many of whom study voice or are professionally active in music. Weekly rehearsals are held at the Mozeskerk in Kapelle-Biezelinge.

Haags Toonkunstkoor
Haags Toonkunstkoor – A Choir with Ambition Since 1829, the Haags Toonkunstkoor has performed classical and contemporary choral music at a high level. Through our concerts, we aim to share the beauty of the finest choral works with a wide audience—from the old masters to music of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Our choir is the oldest in The Hague, originally founded as the local branch of the “Society for the Promotion of Music” at the initiative of King William I. Over the years, we have grown into a well-established name in The Hague and beyond.
We are a warm and active community where connection is key. Members meet during rehearsals, social gatherings, and rehearsal weekends. Many volunteer their time out of passion and commitment to the choir. Together, we are continually striving for musical growth and an inspiring choral experience.

Fiori Musicali
Fiori Musicali – Chamber Choir with Character Fiori Musicali is a chamber choir founded in 2003 as a project-based ensemble. It consists of around 16 singers with vibrant, expressive voices. The choir specializes in surprising and engaging programs featuring early music from the Renaissance and Baroque periods, while also showing a deep love for 20th-century repertoire.
Within this wide musical range, the ensemble continually seeks new challenges, often performing new or lesser-known works. Fiori Musicali gives approximately 3 to 4 concerts each year. The choir organizes its own performances in the southwest of the Netherlands and also appears by invitation from concert organizations.
