A festive jubilee concert in the Oude Kerk in Zeist.
During this concert, Marcantus conducted by Arjen Uitbeijerse performs beautiful choral works before the interval, which have occupied a special place in the various concert programs in the choir's 10-year existence. The program includes works by Bach, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Lauridsen and Andriessen. After the break, Marcantus will perform a special and brand new work by John Rutter: The Gift of Life. This festive work for choir and instrumental ensemble is a Dutch premiere! The Gift of Life sings about life as a heavenly gift in six alternating parts.
